Your order only reflects the total amount merchandise and does not include shipping/handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be included when order shipped.

Sales Tax:
For resale business, we require a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and a copy of your state and city tax licenses to be on file prior to shipment of your first order. Otherwise, all Arizona residents pay 8.1% sales tax.
